Shipping
After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped within 24–48 working hours once payment is received. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is confirmed. We ship using Evri, Yodel, InPost, and Royal Mail. If your order is sent to a pick-up point, you’ll receive SMS or email notifications using the contact details you provided.
Please make sure to track your parcel and check your email regularly. If your order hasn’t arrived after a reasonable time, contact us. We are not responsible for parcels that are returned because they weren’t collected from the pick-up point.
All items are packed securely in strong cardboard boxes with packing paper to prevent damage. Before shipping, we record a video of the item’s condition for quality and security purposes.
