How do I ship my trainers to you?
After booking, you'll receive detailed shipping instructions via email. You'll ship your trainers to our workshop at your cost (we recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, approx ยฃ4-6). We cover return shipping.
Will you send me photos of the work?
Absolutely! Every service includes professional before and after photos. We'll also email you when we receive your trainers and when work begins.
What if my trainers are damaged during restoration?
We treat every pair as if they were our own. In the extremely rare case of damage, we'll cover the full replacement value. However, in 100+ restorations, we've never had an incident.
Can you restore vintage or rare trainers?
Yes! Our REBORN service is specifically designed for high-value, vintage, and rare pairs. We specialize in clear plastic de-yellowing, midsole restoration, and delicate materials.
Do you work on all brands?

How long does express service take?
Express service cuts turnaround time roughly in half but depends on current workload. We'll confirm the express timeline when you book.

Yes! Send 2 pairs and save 10% on the second. Send 3 or more and save 15% on each additional pair.
